The emergence of New India has created a palpable need for a large number of professionally trained young men and women having expertise in all fields, with the hallmark of adaptability, quality consciousness, discipline and commitment, to boost the country's economic growth.
Keeping the above need in mind, the Institute of Foreign Trade and Management was established in the year 1998 as a centre of quality education, offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of Management, Pharmacy, Computer Applications, and Engineering & Technology at the College of Engineering & Technology. The Institute is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. A number of courses of the Institute have also been accredited by AICTE in the mean time. In this short span, the Institute has emerged as a pioneer in the field of professional education and research, with the sole objective of developing quality executives, engineers, scientists, and researchers. In addition to the courses mentioned, the Institute is having an ambitious plan to establish a Medical College in the campus in the near future.
